Taking a Bite out of Hunger is Second Harvest's largest fundraising event of the year. As one of our guests, you're invited to take advantage of an early online opportunity to donate toward a matching gift generously offered by our friends at Spokane House of Hose and Air Electric. They will match the first $30,000 in donations.

Typically $1 equals five meals for hungry people. With the matching gift, every dollar will provide 10 meals. Your donation today will have double the impact:

$2,000 will fill a Second Harvest truck for a Mobile Market.

$1,000 provides nutrition education and cooking classes in The Kitchen.

$500 will transport a truckload of donated fresh produce.

$250 will feed 70 families in need for three days.

$100 will provide 1,000 meals for hungry people.
